- Big step forward for the City of Pittsburgh. The new urban agriculture ordinances were approved by City Planning earlier this year, and are awaiting approval by City Planning. While the new ordinances still involve a fee and limit what type and the number of animals you can have, they are a big improvement over the old ordinances. The biggest change is the potential to keep two mini/dwarf/pygmy goats in the city! Keeping our fingers (feathers?) crossed!
